The Carbon Bar is an elegant Queen East dining room in downtown Toronto serving East Coast oysters, classic cocktails, seafood, and live-fire BBQ. A beautiful restaurant that happens to do exceptional barbecue, with private dining for 12 to 250 guests.

Where is The Carbon Bar located?

The Carbon Bar is at 99 Queen St East, Toronto, ON M5C 1S1, on the corner of Queen and Church streets in downtown Toronto. Queen Station on the TTC is a five-minute walk west.

What are The Carbon Bar's hours?

Open seven days a week. Sunday through Thursday 3pm–10pm, Friday and Saturday 3pm–11pm. Happy hour runs every day from 3pm to 5pm with half-price East Coast oysters.

Does The Carbon Bar take reservations?

Yes. Reservations are available through OpenTable on the website or by calling (416) 947-7000. Walk-ins are always welcome at the bar.

Does The Carbon Bar host private events?

Yes. Four event spaces accommodate groups from 12 (Chef's Table) to 250 (full restaurant buyout), including The Green Room and The Lounge. Catering is also available across the GTA.
