How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card online through our website or in person at The Carbon Bar. Simply select the amount and checkout and a digital Card will be emailed to you or a recipient.
Are these physical or digital gift cards?
All our gift cards are digital. For a physical gift card please contact or visit the restaurant to purchase directly.
Can I use my gift card at other restaurants?
Currently The Carbon Bar gift cards are only valid at The Carbon Bar*

Do gift cards expire?
No, our gift cards never expire and have no hidden fees.
Can I use a gift card for online orders?
Currently, gift cards can only be redeemed for in-person dining. Gift Cards can NOT be used to purchase more gift cards.
Can I get a refund on a gift card?
Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What if my gift card is lost or stolen?
Please contact the restaurants directly if you have lost your gift card.
Can I use multiple gift cards for one bill?
Yes, you can use multiple gift cards towards a single purchase.
