BBQ Turkey Burgers
Local Free Range, Antibiotic & Hormone Free Turkey Burgers

PREP INSTRUCTIONS
Pan-fried Method(Thaw):
- Thaw the turkey burgers overnight in your fridge (its fine to leave them in the bag)
- Heat a non-stick pan to medium heat
- Remove the burgers from the bag and place them on a plate
- Add some vegetable oil to the pan. Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side (you should have a golden crust on each side) **10-11 minutes from frozen**
- Add some cheese on top of the burger at the end if desired and let it melt (cheese is optional and not provided)
- Take the burgers off the heat and let it rest for a minute
- Place the burgers on a bun and top with your choice of condiments
Grill Method (Thaw):

- Pre-heat the grill to 375F or Medium heat
- Make sure to clean the grill while its hot, using a brush or scraper.
- Remove the burgers from the bag and place them on the grill, close the lid
- Cook on medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side **10-11 minutes from frozen**
- If you are experiencing “flare ups”, open the lid to let the flames disappear and continue cooking
- Add some cheese on top of the burger at the end if desired and let it melt (cheese is optional and not provided)
