Creole Spice

Our Creole spice is probably the most versatile spice we have. It can be used for seafood, sauces, marinades and much more! At the restaurant it is used for our Seafood Boil, Beurre Blanc, Chicken and Biscuits, Poached Shrimp, and when we have staff meal it’s our go-to chili seasoning!

PREP INSTRUCTIONS

Season generously on seafood before cooking. Rub with a little oil cook on medium heat
